• Luffy Giant Pistol : Gomu Gomu no Gigant Pistol (literally meaning “Rubber Rubber Giant’s Pistol/Gun”): Luffy carriesa Gomu Gomu no Pistol with full force due to the larger size of his fist. This was first  seen being used in fight against Rob Lucci. Its complete power was able to throw him from the Bridge of Hesitation on to a Buster Call Battleship. In the Funimation adaptations, this is called Gum-Gum Giant Pistol. The kanji’s literal reading is “Kyodai no Jū”.

• Gear 3 Technique :  Luffy corks his mouth together with his thumb, bites into his thumb joint and blows exhausting into his bones, that inflates his arm. He’s then able to transfer the air through his entire body, requiring the body part to act as an interface for his numerous Luffy blows most air into his body that after they are all centered on  one limb, they become the scale adore(or larger than) that of a giant‘s, if something resembling Oars‘ size. Used together with his already-strong physiology, this apparently offers his arm a lot of mass and a bigger space to attack with so much larger  strength, however he sacrifices quality for this strength, as his limbs are now so big that Luffy has trouble moving. This is called Gear Three technique.
